DreamWorks Animation has announced the release date for Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous season 4. Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous is a Netflix animated series that released on September 18th, 2020 as part of the Jurassic Park franchise. DreamWorks Animation revealed that Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous’ fourth season will premiere on Netflix on December 3rd. The announcement, posted to DreamWorks Animation’s Twitter page, was accompanied by a motion poster depicting a misty island setting. DreamWorks teased that a “new island awaits” in the upcoming fourth season. This means that the group of teens will have a new, but likely very dangerous, island to survive in the next season. Check out the announcement below:
The introduction of a new island in season 4 is bound to keep the momentum going. In season 3, the teens almost made their escape, leaving the Isla Nublar in a boat. However, it was revealed that a dinosaur had made it onboard, as well, throwing a wrench in their escape plan. From DreamWorks’ announcement, it seems a new setting will be revealed for season 4, which is very exciting considering the ties that the series holds to the Jurassic World films. With Jurassic World: Dominion approaching, viewers will be on the lookout for any new clues in Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous season 4 as the teens embark on a new adventure on a new island.
